I Began working in video production in high school as a Floor Director, Editor and Camera Operator and spent several months working at a TV station in New York.
In 2004 I earned an Associates degree in Communications Media and Arts from Erie Community College, and in 2006 I earned a Bachelors of Science in Communications TV & Digital Film from The State University of New York at Fredonia.
While in college I worked on a wide variety of videos as the Director of Photography, Camera Operator and Unit Production Manager.
Upon completing one of my films I won the Gold Aurora Award for execution, content and creativity (To see my award winning video go to http://www.myspace.com/journeyofmerrill).
Since college I have been working with Mindclover Productions and Step Closer Projects on several short films with Diane Dresback.
