I am a Phoenix-based actress. However, I have done a couple independents out of state and two overseas. I have also been in theatre for more than 30 years (actress, asst. director, makeup artist and hairstylist), print work and voiceovers for radio.
Since becoming a proud Phoenician in 2001, I have been involved in many projects to include commercials, industrials, shorts, a music video, full-length independent films, voiceover spots and theatrical productions.
Currently, I work as an actor, freelance writer and editor.
I love all types of movies: thrillers, sci-fis, foreign films, comedies (and dark comedies) and documentaries. And let's not forget British humor. Yes, I am a Monty Python fan. There are too many great films to mention, but here are some of my favs: Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill (all of them -- I'm a martial artist fan), Bad Santa (yea, I'm sick), The Color Purple, Shawshank Redemption, The Godfather I & II, Frida, Chocolat, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Big Lebowski, The Lost Boys, Fried Green Tomatoes, The World According to Garp, Crash, Silence of the Lambs, Forrest Gump, The War of the Roses, Donnie Darko, Doctor Zhivago, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Steel Magnolias, Sideways, Hard Candy, Moonstruck, My Fair Lady, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Under The Tuscan Sun, American History X, Alien (the original), Bram Stoker's 'Dracula', American Werewolf in London (original), The Holy Grail, most Westerns and Alfred Hitchcock movies.
Favorite Director:
Lots: Quentin Tarantino, Steven Soderbergh, Mel Brooks, Sydney Pollack, Martin Scorsese, Francis Ford Coppola, Clint Eastwood, Brian De Palma, Ridley Scott, Wes Craven, Blake Edwards, Sir Richard Attenborough, Gary Marshall, Robert Zemeckis, Peter Weir, Anthony Minghella, John Huston, Stanley Kubrick, Alfred Hitchcock, Lawrence Kasdan, Billy Wilder, Coen Brothers, M. Night Shyamalan, Cecil B. De Mille and Rob Reiner

Sally,
I like doing mono's better than scenes. because I can do it the way I want -- not the way the writer wants, it frees me up to act.I'm in her Thursday night class, I also have a Tuesday ongoing class, so I'm in school twice a week. I love it.Anyway I will talk to you later.

Yes, Sade is great. I also love Led Zepplin. There are too many favorite singers, albums, etc., to list. Are you still enjoying Phoenix since your move here a year ago?
Directors and actors need to live in a very visual world to do their jobs well. But when a scene calls for post-production effects, we must often interact with things that are not visual -- or visible -- at all. This session is for directors and act…
